Kirkland & Ellis is pleased to announce that Louisa Cobbe will join the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group in the London office.
Ms. Cobbe has extensive experience advising on the structuring, capital raising and ongoing operation of investment vehicles and funds, with a particular focus on real estate, including joint ventures, club deals and co-investments as well as indirect acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and businesses.
“Louisa has vast experience with real estate joint ventures and both closed- and open-ended funds in the real estate space,” said Jonathan Tadd, an investment funds partner based in London. “We are delighted she has joined the team as we continue to enhance our top-tier real estate funds offering in Europe and globally.”

Ms. Cobbe joins Kirkland from the London office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, where she was a partner.
