1875 South Broadway LLC purchased 1875-1881 S. Broadway in Denver for $2.6 million from Total Properties LLC.
Big Acquisitions LLC purchased 80,345 industrial square feet at 6195 Clermont St. in Commerce City for $8.6 million from McCallin Real Estate LLC. Kirk Vanino of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
