Liddle & Anderson LLP is a busy general practice in the Central Belt now looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join the team.
Experience of commercial conveyancing is essential. The role is dealing with all aspects of commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, commercial securities, leases, rural land and complex conveyancing, development, SPAs and business sales and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be able to apply their legal initiative and prioritise and manage their own files effectively and assist the senior partner.
The successful candidate should ideally have more than five years PQE and strong communication skills to be able to pro-actively build solid relationships with colleagues and clients.
This is a full time, permanent position based in Bo’ness.
