The Cole Center office building in Golden sold for $32.7 million.
1.North Beacon Capital LLC purchased the four-story, 155,610-square-foot Cole Center office building at 1687-1707 Cole Blvd. in Golden for $32.7 million from Bancroft Capital and Viking Partners. Larry Thiel and Jason Schmidt of JLL represented the seller.
 2. CR 1510 Cooley LLC purchased the recently completed apartment building at 757 Grant St. in Denver for $21.3 million from LCP Grant LLC.
 3. Piper Sandler, an investment bank, has moved its 39 Denver-based employees into about 12,000 square feet on the 20th floor of the office tower at 1144 15th St.
JLL reports the following deal:
Park Meadows Real Estate LLC purchased the 27,405-square-foot Plaza Northwest retail center at 6050 and 6080 W. 92nd Ave. in Westminster for $6.4 million from Centre Point Properties LLC. The property is 94.1 percent leased. Jason Schmidt represented the seller.
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:
3625 E 48th Investment LLC purchased 62,114 industrial square feet at 3625 E. 48th Ave. in Denver for $6.1 million from 3625 Properties LLC. Dallas Sandberg represented the buyer and seller.
Lee & Associates reports the following deals:
Jasmine Mob LLC purchased 8,137 office square feet at 919 N. Jasmine St. in Denver for $3.1 million from Spanish Investors LLC. Jeff Hallberg represented the seller.
IPDR Inc., dba Auto Image 360, leased 9,296 industrial square feet at 6787 S. Emporia St. in Greenwood Village. Matt Nora and Kirk Vanino represented the tenant. RC Myles of Thrive Commercial Group represented the landlord.
Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:
Berven Real Estate LLC purchased 14,400 industrial square feet at 5025 E. 56th Ave. in Commerce City for $3.1 million from JMBC Holdings LLC. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the buyer.
Steven Leaffer purchased 7.4 industrial acres at 14265-14295 E. 32nd Place in Aurora for $2.4 million from members of the Bouayad and Benjaafar families. Jason Russ and Cary Clark represented the sellers.
Skori LLC purchased 5,976 office square feet at 19750 E. Parker Square Drive in Parker for $1.7 million from Da Vinci LLC. Mike Haley and John Becker represented the buyer.
Benchmark Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:
4950 E 41 Avenue LLC purchased 7,009 industrial square feet at 4950 E. 41st Ave. in Denver for $1.4 million from Merge Acquisitions LLC. The buyer plans to convert the former cannabis cultivation facility into a bakery. Jaimee Keene represented the seller.

KeyBank National Association leased 6,423 square feet at 101 University Blvd., Suite 150, in Denver. Joe Serieno, Chad Alexander and Caitlin Ellenson represented the landlord. Ken Gooden of JLL represented the tenant.
True North Marketing Co. leased 4,320 office square feet at 4101 E. Louisiana Ave., Suite 400, in Denver. Joe Serieno, Chad Alexander and Caitlin Ellenson represented the landlord. Reed McLaughlin of Newmark represented the tenant.
A Great American Print Shop LLC leased 2,102 square feet at 1905 Sherman St., Suite 245, in Denver. Joe Serieno, Chad Alexander and Caitlin Ellenson represented the landlord.
