2. Bodies by Perseverance leased 2,250 retail square feet in a Stanley Marketplace outparcel at 2501 N. Dallas St. in Aurora. David Schneider represented the landlord.
3. 7th and Grant LLC purchased 100-104, 108-116 and 120 E. 9th Ave. and 858 Lincoln Ave. in Denver for $3.6 million from 858 Lincoln LLC.
