1. 2920 W 32nd St Apartments LLC purchased 41 multifamily units at 2920 W. 32nd Ave. in Denver for $12.9 million from Clarkson Street Investors LLC and other entities. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented both buyer and seller.
2. Delsouz & Laleh LLC purchased 10,189 retail square feet at 8362 Sheridan Blvd. in Arvada for $3.3 million from 84th Sheridan LLC. Corey Sandberg and Andrew Monette of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented both buyer and seller.
3. CLP Fox LLC purchased 5180 Fox St. in Denver for $10.8 million from 5180-5270 Fox Property Owner LLC.
