A Branford shopping center has been sold for $18.95 million, according to officials with the commercial real estate firm that brokered the deal.
Shoreline Plaza, which is located on Route 1 near the Cedar Street intersection, was sold by A&A Properties, a New Haven-based limited liability company, to Hamden-based Executive Two Hundred, according to officials with OR&L Commercial.
The principals of A&A Properties, according to the Connecticut Secretary of State’s office, are Antonio Rossano and Albert Mastrobuoni. Rossano is president of East Haven Builders Supply and Mastrobuoni is the owner of Amity Wine & Spirit Co., which has locations in New Haven and Hamden.
Executive Two Hundred is a limited liability company whose principal is Joseph Moruzzi.
Shoreline Plaza has 77,037 square feet of retail space spread across two buildings located on 7.84 acres.
One of the buildings is about 37,000 square feet and has Coastal Wine & Spirits, Shoreline Prime Meats & Deli, County Ob/Gyn and Amity Physical Therapy as tenants. The other building is about 40,000 square feet and is occupied by InShape Fitness and Staples.
