Bryan Southergill
Bryan Southergill joined Ares SSG, the Asian arm of Los Angeles-based alternatives investment firm Ares Management, as a partner and head of real estate investments.
The Hong Kong-based position is new. Mr. Southergill joined the firm in Hong Kong on Monday.
He was a managing director on KKR’s Hong Kong-based real estate team until early this year, focused on Asia real estate equity and credit investing, and Asia real estate acquisitions, according to an internal memo obtained by Pensions & Investments.
A spokesman for KKR declined to comment.
