Grant T. Cardone, who is well known for his 10X business boot camps and other 10X-themed books and sales training, is looking to grow his wealth through real estate after buying a headquarters building in Aventura.
The 24,982-square-foot office building at 18901 N.E. 29th Ave. was sold for $13.5 million to 10X HQ LLC, managed by Cardone. The seller was Guarapo Aventura LLC, managed by Matthew M. Lvoff.
Miami-based City National Bank of Miami provided a $13.5 million loan to the buyer, with $2.7 million of those funds dedicated to construction. Cardone Training Technologies was among the borrowers.
The price equated to $540 per square foot.
The building last traded for $14.5 million in 2015, so Cardone nabbed it at a discount. It was built on the 1.5-acre site in 2003.
In addition to Cardone’s business, tenants in the building include Northern Trust and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
Cardone runs sales training and courses, publishes books and newsletters, and has a podcast all about how to close sales and increase wealth.
