According to state filings, The Greyson is an apartment complex and includes three buildings with an undisclosed number of units, a covered parking garage, on-site leasing office, fitness center, clubhouse and pool. The developer’s other projects of note in San Antonio include the Addison Medical Center Apartments.
Presidium Chase Hill is a 370-unit luxury apartment complex near the La Cantera Resort with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include an on-site leasing office, fitness center, clubhouse, two-level pool and indoor and outdoor kitchens. In-unit amenities include walk-in showers, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and keyless smart entries.
Paloma San Antonio is a 264-unit luxury residential community in the Paloma master planned community in Converse, immediately east of San Antonio. Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, business center, pool, kitchens, covered garages and electric car charging. In-unit amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and smart home features. One- and two-bedroom unit rates will range between $1,085 – $1,640 per month. Leasing will begin in fall 2023.
