A pair of 10-story office buildings in Broomfield sold for $102.5 million.
1. Urban Renaissance Group and Rockwood Capital purchased the 10-story office buildings at 380 and 390 Interlocken Crescent in Broomfield for $102.5 million from Franklin Street Properties. 390 Interlocken, home to the headquarters of Vail Resorts, is 99 percent leased, while 380 Interlocken is 60 percent leased. Peter Merrion, Mark Katz and Hilary Barnett of JLL represented the seller.
2. Douglas Parking Company purchased 2148-2162 Larimer St. in Denver for $4.4 million from Shafa & Son Investments LLC.
3. FlexHQ, an industrial coworking brand, purchased 76,000 industrial square feet at 5180 Fox St. in Denver for $10.8 million from 5180-5270 Fox Property Owner LLC. The warehouse space will be partitioned into rentable units ranging from 300 to 3,000 square feet. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jessica Ostermick of CBRE represented the buyer. Bill Thompson and Mike Camp of CBRE represented the seller.

Anchor Investments purchased the 101-unit Residences at University Hills at 2775 S. Brook Drive in Denver for $29.5 million from The Burgwyn Company LLC. Nick Steele, John Laratta, Tyler King, Nate Moyer, Jeff Irish, Brandon Grisham and Jordan Skyles represented the seller.
Column Commercial Partners reports the following deal:
Conscience Bay Company as Jacobs Point LLC purchased 262,700 industrial square feet at 4221 Monaco St. in Denver for $18 million from 4221 Monaco Street LLLP. Matt Brower represented the seller.

Flywheel Acquisitions LLC purchased the three-story, 63,335-square-foot office building at 4100 E. Arkansas Ave. in Denver, which is leased to a single tenant, for $14.7 million from 4100 Investors LLC. Aaron Johnson, Jon Hendrickson and Mitch Veremeychik represented the seller.

10610 7th Pl LLC purchased 12 multifamily units at 10610 W. 7th Place in Lakewood for $2.6 million from Rockland Investments LLC. Boomer Beatty represented the seller. Jason Hornik, Greg Parker and Kent Guerin represented the buyer.

55-65 Walameda LLC purchased five multifamily units on 12,033 square feet at 55-65 W. Alameda Ave. in Denver for $1.5 million from 55 West Point Holdings LLC. David Barocas represented the buyer, who plans to redevelop the site.
